Tim Stroud Portfolio Milling Wood, Central Oregon, 1980s - 2000s Tim Stroud was the source for hand-milled timbers in Central Oregon. He worked for years as a carpenter, adding or repairing log accents in log homes and cabins. He contributed to the look of Sunriver, Oregon, a resort area just outside of Bend.
